How do I make a reservation?

For all reservations, Click here or call toll-free at 1800-435-8687 (9:00am-5:00pm EST). Please have your personal and school information Ready.

How much do the tickets cost?

Ticket prices are $19.00 per student for one show, or $25.00 for both shows, with one complimentary seat included per 15 paid students for teachers/chaperons. When your reservation is booked an invoice will issued, and after receiving your payment a group admission ticket will be sent by

How do I pay for my tickets?

Full payment by check or money order must be received a minimum of three weeks before the show date. Any changes to your reservation should also be finalized at least three weeks before the show. We do not accept payment at the door on the day of the performance. *Please include your reservation number on your check.

Can I change my reservation?

You can alter the number of reserved seats up until three weeks before the date of the performance.

What time do the shows start?

The first show begins at 9:50 am, and the second show at 11:15 am. The shows are 1 hour and 5 minutes each, unless specified otherwise. Private shows may be scheduled according to the needs of the school or organization contracting the performance.

Where is the performance?

The performances are held in various theatres and auditoriums either within city limits or in the surrounding area. They are listed on your invoice, group admission ticket, and may be viewed on our website by clicking the Show Locator located at the bottom of our Home and Reservation pages.

Do you offer private performances?

Private performances are available upon request, with sufficient advance notification. To request a private show please visit the Hosting page on our website, then complete and submit the form (indicate Private Show). Our tour director will review and reply to your submission upon receipt. Pricing and availability may vary, please contact us for more information.

Can we take pictures or video at the performance?

Pictures taken without a flash are permitted during the performance. Video and audio recording are prohibited, unless authorized in writing by our executive director.

What is your Refund Policy?

Arts & Dance Co. retains full discretion to allow or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If the company cancels a performance or a teacher cancels their reservation at least 30 days from the show date, then a full refund be provided. District decisions resulting in a school's inability to attend will result in a 50% refund along with a 50% credit toward the following season. Weather-related incidents that prohibit a school from participating will receive a 100% credit toward the coming season. A 50% refund may be considered for cancellations by the school's administration or a teacher emergency within 30 days of the show date. Our director reserves the right to make the final decision on any refunds.
